So things in the works right now... I'm battling some sort of cold/throat infection. The infection is like Charlie Sheen, may its "winning" be as short lived. Proceeding with puppy buying steps, hopefully things will continue smoothly.
Cute little blighters, if thing proceed well then one of these two babies will be in our new home by the end of this year or beginning of next. They have the same b-day as Koneko, actually. I laughed when I found that out.
Other than that, I'm going to go make some chicken soup from scratch... not sure if I'll make dumplings for it or not. I might just eat it with toast. I'm going to toss a few checken legs into a big pot, boil them like hell with garlic, onion, celery and carrots. there will be soe salt and pepper in there... nothing fancy but hopefully it will help my cold.

I got to talk with the breeder today and it sounds like we've made a good impression. The puppy will need a lot of socialization the first year, so hopefully all of our local shut-in gamer friends will leave their caves if inticed with purple puppy kisses.
